Snowboarding

I had a great time snowboarding yesterday, but I'm sore. Really sore, all over!

In the air

So I'm up in the air. Thank the Goddess for free wi-fi right? I'm mostly glad for it because I'm able to update my mother on my status via facebook, I know she's glad for that. I land in about two hours, and then I'll meet my aunt and we'll check in and go shopping for my snowboarding stuff.

Acrophobia and a much needed vacation

So I leave for Utah tomorrow at like 6:30 AM to go snowboarding. I've never been snowboarding, and I'm excited to start. But, I'm afraid. I have to fly out there by myself. I HATE FLYING! I really do, I'm paranoid and I have an extreme case of acrophobia. Thankfully, it's only a three hour flight. Sadly, the thing my parents are concerned about is my bladder. I tend to have to use the restroom a lot, and you know, parents are going to get up every five minutes for their child, the stranger next to them might not. Oh well, I'm bringing my itouch, books (including a drama textbook to study), and  my psp (with Rock Band and Birth by Sleep) to keep me entertained. The good thing is I get to spend time with my aunt, that's going to be fun.

So In Love With My iTouch

I'm in love with my iTouch, is that so weird? It's amazing, I know it will become part of me soon. Ohhh ddearr. I've also bought Boneshaker by Cherie Priest, it looks amazing. I can't wait to read it (I'm going to read it on the plane ride to Utah). Cherie herself looks like an amazing person. She has blue hair and likes to dress in Steampunk. She also went to UTC, that's not to far from my hometown. I think I'll like this book and this author.

NNEEWW OBSESSION!

So I have a new obession, it's Trauma Team! I love it! It's so addicting. The art is beautiful, the missions are fun and detailed. My favorite character is Maria Torres the First Responder. My favorite specialty is Forensics. I'm practically in love with Gabe Cunningham.


So, if I disappear for a couple of days, this is what I'm doing.

It's a White Christmas, but I'm not yet dreaming

It's snowing outside! Whoo! I'm going to have a white Christmas this year! It's beginning to pile up outside and it's only 1:33 AM!

That brings me to my second point. It's 1:33 AM and I'm still awake, I just can't get to sleep. Dammit! The quicker sleep comes, the quicker I can get presents!
